fallen angel
In
the dark starry night when everybody has fallen asleep. A tall figure fell
harshly to the ground. He shrieked in pain. With all his strength he tried to
stand up. His legs were trembling, he couldn’t keep his balance and kept
falling back. After several attempts which only led him to failure and sore
bones. He gave up and sit down, leaned back on the walls.
He
yelped when his back touched the walls. Pain spread all over his wings. Slowly
he tried to flap those wings, but he couldn’t. His wings felt frozen and stiff.
His hand reached to his back, touched the white feathers. His eyes widened when
he saw patches of blood in his fingers. The cold breeze of the night made him
shuddered. The feathers of his wings waving slowly. The white pure color has
faded with dust made it looked like a grayish broken white. He closed his eyes
and rested his head on the walls. The moonbeam hit his gold hair and milky
white skin. His big doe eyes, long eye lashes, pointy nose, pinkish lips. His strong jawline notably contrasted his soft features.
With a swift move his wings disappeared. Sucked back into his back. He felt the tensions on his shoulders were lifted. Now he could breathe freely. A feather fell to the ground and flew with the wind.
His lips curved into a soft smile.
He made it. He made it to the Earth.
